Information on how to submit payment will be sent out after review and acceptance of your application.

Registration fees

Non-members	NECSI Members	New or Renewing NECSI Members includes membership dues for one year
Student: $235	Student: $205	Student: $225 (registration $205 + dues $20)
Academic: $410	Academic: $360	Academic: $410 (registration $360 + dues $50)
Individual: $410	Individual: $360	Individual: $460 (registration $360 + dues $100)
Please note: Student = undergraduate and graduate students; Academic = postdocs, faculty and university researchers; Individual = non-academics
*Please also note: Meals are not included in the registration fee. There will be a reasonably priced food concession on-site exclusively for conference attendees, as well as two restaurants.*

Annual membership dues: Student $20, Academic $50, Other $100

** An additional $100 will be charged for those who register at the conference site.

Financial support: We anticipate having some funds available to assist conferees according to need. Application to the conference organizers (iccs@necsi.org) may be made for this financial support.
